Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized.

Selvah sells natural loofah sponges for bathing and household cleaning. Our loofahs are an agricultural product: size, shape, color and texture vary from piece to piece, and product photos are representative, not exact. Our loofahs are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price charged is the price displayed when you complete checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages — and will refund any amount charged.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, are limited to one per order, and may be modified or ended at any time. Promotional free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering.

The Site, its content, the Selvah name and logo, product names, photos and copy are the property of AKAG Full Commerce LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. Selvah™ is a trademark of IN9 Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except to share links to the Site.

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and edit it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion. Reviews must comply with the FTC’s endorsement guidelines: if you received a free product, say so.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the Site’s operation, to scrape or harvest data, or to infringe others’ rights.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AKAG Full Commerce LLC and its members, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AKAG Full Commerce LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at naturalselvah@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
