Return & Refund Policy

You may return unused loofahs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because loofahs are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of loofahs that have been wet or used, for hygiene reasons.

Natural loofah is firm and fibrous when dry — that is how the plant dries in the sun. It softens within about a minute under warm water. If yours feels hard out of the pack, that’s exactly how it should be. See our How to Use page.

If after wetting it your loofah still seems wrong (torn, moldy, or discolored), that is a defect and we’ll replace it — see below.

If your loofah arrives damaged, moldy or otherwise defective, email naturalselvah@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back.

1. Email naturalselvah@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within one business day with a return address in Orlando, FL.
3. Ship the unused item back within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.

Refunds cover the product price and any sales tax charged. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defect. Promotional discounts are deducted proportionally.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the unused item for a refund and place a new order.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue the refund as store credit to the gift recipient, or to the purchaser’s original payment method on request.
