Information you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number), order history, messages you send us, and reviews you submit.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and interactions with our emails, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

Information from others: order and delivery status from our payment and shipping providers; aggregated analytics from advertising platforms.

To process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and tracking, respond to your messages, handle returns, prevent fraud, comply with tax and legal obligations, improve the Site, and — if you opt in — send marketing emails about Selvah products and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how the Site is used and to show you relevant ads on other platforms. You can manage cookies through the “Manage Cookies” link in our footer and your browser settings. To opt out of Meta’s interest-based ads visit facebook.com/ads/preferences; for Google, visit adssettings.google.com. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and are bound to use it only for that purpose: payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), our fulfillment partner in Orlando, FL, USPS, our email platform, website hosting and database providers, analytics and advertising platforms, and professional advisers. We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You may access, correct or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing, or ask what information we hold about you by emailing naturalselvah@gmail.com. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We respond to verified requests within 45 days.

California residents: we do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding 12 months; you may use the “Manage Cookies” link to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is operated in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email.
