Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally yet.

Every order ships from our fulfillment partner in Orlando, Florida.

Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage®. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment in the contiguous U.S., and 5–9 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and territories. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping is $3.99 per order. Free U.S. shipping promotions (for example, code FREESHIP) apply when the code is entered at checkout and while the promotion is active.

You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Florida sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in Florida, as required by law. We do not currently collect sales tax in other states.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your building’s mail area, then wait 24 hours — USPS occasionally scans packages early. If it still hasn’t arrived, email naturalselvah@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will replace it or refund you. If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no charge.
