Why does it feel so firm out of the pack?
That's completely normal — not a defect. Selvah loofah is naturally dried and arrives firm and fibrous. Run it under warm water for a minute and it softens into a gentle exfoliating scrubber.
How long does one loofah last?
With normal shower use, a Selvah loofah lasts several weeks to a couple of months. Let it air-dry fully between uses to extend its life.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — once softened in water, it exfoliates gently without harsh synthetic fibers. For very sensitive skin, use lighter pressure at first.
Can I use it for anything besides the shower?
